Dr. Abdul Karim was elected national assembly member from the constituency of NA 172, Dera Ghazi Khan-The
students from more than an year are over issuance of fake degrees but no concerned authority was inclined to lend ears to huge and cry of these graduates.
Dr. Hafiz Abdul Karim, is the owner of the university and his son-in-law Nasim is director of the Indus University which had been playing havoc with

The miseries of these
students started when after their recruitment, the education department sent degrees to Indus University for verification and these proved to be fake.
The management of Indus University charged Rs 30 to 50 thousand as fees from each
student during four year session and in this way billions for rupees were drawn from
students.
An application before national accountability bureau had already pending against Dr. Hafiz Abdul Karim for having assets of more than 56 billion rupees. An inquiry of charging alleged fee and issuing fake degrees is also pending against the

The Daily Times repeatedly called to federal
minister Dr. Hafiz Abdul Karim to give his point of view about his university affairs but h
